Amazing Photo Race 2009 by FMDC

On 28.02.2009 Fotomedia Malaysia (FMDC) has organized Amazing Photo Race as one of activities for members. One group consists of 3 members me, Diana and Ruwaida. My group name was HOT MAMA MIA….there was 16 groups all of them. I salute all the committee, jury and all the ‘otai’ to conduct activities and give us the opportunity to learn and to know other FMDC members. I really learn a lot and have fun

There was 3 check points in this game, KL Sentral-KLCC-Masjid Jamek and Central Market-KL Sentral. Every of check point we need to collect 15 pictures according to theme such as “reading”, “five”, “father and son”. This game must be finished about 2 hours for every check point but then its quite a struggle to my group because for me its difficult to figure out all the pictures, wait for the moment, angle and unique…. .

While completing the task I really have fun with my group because we hot mama mia…he he..he…we run, jump, laugh and on the same time thinking…yeaaah actually we don’t take this game seriously….we want to experience it….and now we know the beauty of it….patience to wait the moment, think fast to capture the moment, being lucky, strategies to win…manage the time and teamwork….

We finished all the pictures at about 6 p.m….and we fell exhausted and ooowh my leg in pain. need a massage

Even though we didn’t win anything for the main prizes but at least we win for the most sporting group…..nothing to do with any of those pictures….=)…

At the end of the day what I’ve learn is how to take a better pictures, think creative, teamwork, enjoy….and now me and my Nikon D80 we create more understanding for both of us….=))))

Thean Hou Temple

Last saturday, 6 of us me, diana, ru, fariz, amril and my husbnad went to Thean Hou Temple located around seputih near to midvalley.
I didnt know much about the temple but its really big and the place like one of the tourist place..

Me really enjoy the view of the red lantern...that was superb....I like very much the red lantern...at last i got the pictures...!!!!






Below was the picture of my good friends in photography activities, diana and ruwaida.....they all really fun and happening and most importance they dont mind at all to share with me all their knowledge. Its really hard to find girl friend that willing to share their knowledge about photography, some of them really afraid to share the technique and knowledge ....mmm dont know why.... actually me myself just a beginner and i did it as my hobby thats all...i dont even have time to make this as a my part time income......






The wave of red lantern......luv itttt

This is my second outing with the group...same place at JALAN TAR but different view.....we are at the campbell rooftop!!!!!...we all berbuka kat atas tuh...best buka sempoi..koboi jer....a little bit rushing...mmm just remember how Ruwaida being a subject of botak while eating nasi lemak.

In this group photo only a fews that i recognized sang, botak,chot,zaki,DG, diana, rue and midnite. Thanks zaki he was my sifu at that time...who else that i can refer to?......thanks bro....

The day begin.....

This activities is something that i admire since i...mmmm dunno when...but the most important things i really like and enjoy to see picture more than a once and not just a glance through. Last June 2008 i got my extra bonus just because my good 'performance' thats what they say....mmm ye kot....so i decided to buy something that meaningful and describe a part of me....ahaksss.

After about 2 months having DSLR Nikon D8O, blank and read blindly the manual, i decided to join fotopages forum to meet the people who crazy about photography. This picture was taken during my first meeting at bulan puasa last sept( ye kot) 2008. They all friendly and hapening....at least i knew some girls to hang out with.

The first meeting i thought it was just me, diana and her other friend(ruwaida)...just 3 of us.....but its the other way round....mmmmm they are all from a group fotopages forum...mmm ramainyer....and the guysss....my husband will not be like it ....mmmm takutnyer.....

I really have a good time with them...thanks to shafie to introduce me with diana....

Thats all about how i start this crazy activities and expensive toys.....and when this activity start to begin, then addicted and its keep going and going and going....its a long learning process......a lot more to go dear.....
